Great news folks! The Empire Bay & Districts Roads Action Group, initiated by Leeanne Olsen and me, has been a great success.
We’ve facilitated community meetings on the past two Tuesdays at which 70 and 90 local residents attended respectively. At the second meeting, which was embedded into the Empire Bay Progress Association’s bi-monthly meeting, our NSW MP Adam Crouch, three Central Coast Council staffers and Council’s Local Representation Committee member, Jeff Strickson, attended to hear residents’ concerns and promised action as a result of the 75 minute event. We even got onto the front page of the latest edition of the Peninsula News.
